We are a group with interests in CNC Machining, Bright Bars & Drop Die Forging serving the auto sector since 1983.

Supplying mainly to Tier 1 Vendors, We are bound to follow Strict Quality standards, which show in our finish products. We have in house facilities like Chemical Lab, Hardness Tester, Magnaflux Crack Detection, Eddy current Sorter & Ultrasonic Crack detector etc.

Our main supplies include Bright Bars & machined components made from Bright Bars / Drop Forgings.

We are a green unit and do not use any kind of acid. Instead we use shot blast for descaling before cold drawing.

We provide shafts in Cut to length Sizes using Band Saws, Disc Polishing & Conventional polishing

C) Drop Die Forging (Hammer)

• 4 Hammers ( 2 X 1Ton & 2 X 1.5 Ton)
• Total Capacity: 1000 M.Tons/Mnth
• Size Range: 300 Gms to 5 Kgs
• Full Fledged Tool Room for Die Development with VMC
• In House Facilities like Normalizing & Shot Blasting
