Vishnu Steel is a professionally managed ISO 9001:2008 certified company which is manufacturing, exporting and supplying CNC Turned Components, Bright Bars & Wires, Drop Die Forging and other components. Serving the automotive, agricultural and engineering sectors since the inception in the year 1983, we have attained a remarkable position in the domestic market. Our company is mainly supplying to Tier 1 vendors and bound to follow strict quality standards that helps us in delivering high grade finished products. The main supplies of our firm includes Bright Bars & machined components made from Bright Bars / Drop Forgings. For processing these industrial goods, we have formed a green unit in which we do not use any kind of acids instead utilize shot blasting technique for descaling before cold drawing. A separate testing department is formed to test the quality of raw input as well as end products. This wing is installed with modern components like hardness tester, Magnaflux surface crack detector, Eddy current sorter, ultrasonic crack detector etc. For wet analysis a chemical lab is developed by the company.
